The Wedding Reporter

This is a sponsored post. It may be paid for but the words are our own. Our integrity is, of course, everything. If we didn’t believe in their product/service then this post wouldn’t be on this wedding blog and we’d be a little bit poorer. Enjoy.

Where does one begin with The Wedding Reporter?

This delightful young lady has finally found her calling. She was born to write. She was born to write about your wedding. The same words in any other person’s hands would seem saccharine and laboured yet the writer, Emma, uses them with such a wondrous touch that they become your heirloom.

I know she toils over every word to create your literary legacy. Your photographs are so very important but the work she creates enthralls and somehow weaves the abstract parts of your wedding day into a tapestry of beauty with an ethereal glow.

She attends your wedding with her writing paraphenalia and sits quietly and unobtrusively noting every detail that you might have missed. She then takes those hastily written notes and creates a beautiful report on your wedding which she presents to you in a beautiful book which your grandchildren will read to their grandchildren.

She wasn’t present at my wedding, to my eternal regret, but here are just a few words she wrote for us.

“Beneath the sumptuously detailed plasterwork of the ceiling, Anna and Bean faced one another to pledge that no matter what adversity besieged them – whether it be snowed in wedding guests or major life changing moments – they would face these things together. Within the warm orange glow of lights in the oak panelled room, they vowed to entwine their lives together in the presence of many of those whom they held most dear.

There were moments that they would talk about for years to come: the knee-deep snow they clambered through for some of the most revered wedding photos of the year; the fierce false eyelashes, feathered shrug and hot pink heels the bride changed into for the reception; the moment when Anna attacked her croquembouche with the axe Bean had given her for a wedding present.”

To read more please run over to here, a place where words go to be happy. I promise you will be enthralled.

I implore you to visit, The Wedding Reporter‘s site and I would love to feature your wedding along side the words written by Emma. Her pen is poised and she is ready to write.
