Introducing Lovely Designs

This is a sponsored post. It may be paid for but the words are our own. Our integrity is, of course, everything. If we didn’t believe in their product/service then this post wouldn’t be on this wedding blog and we’d be a little bit poorer. Enjoy.

Today I get to introduce the lovely, Lovely Designs. Stationery is a very tricky and subjective art. What’s good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander. If you’re anything like me you love paper and typography and design. I love that I can introduce you to different wonderful designers on this here wedding blog. I really do love the sweetness of the rose heart design below. There’s something about the two halves mirroring each other that makes me smile.
I shall let the really rather lovely, Marie-Louise tell you more.
“I got married to Matthew in October 2008. Having planned my own big day, designing the invites and all my stationery, I got a bit addicted to looking at and making pretty things.

To feed my wedding habit, I set up Lovely Designs with Philippa, my best pal from Uni. Since then I have designed wedding items for some of my lovely friends and family, including the simply stunning Confetti range for Philippa’s wedding to James in 2010. I have also been a bridesmaid three times so I think it’s now well and truly in my system now!
(I love the confetti invite – delicate but very clever)
As we have planned our own weddings, we learnt just how stressful it all can be. This is why we do everything in our power to make ordering our stationery as enjoyable and pain free as possible!

Lovely Designs is a real passion of mine and love working with our clients to create gorgeous bespoke or personalised designs specific to their preferred colours, themes, tastes and style.
No two brides are the same, so why should they want exactly the same invite?”
